I must praise the services of Bella Vista Contractors – John Sobiech. I had some small but necessary exterior repairs needed due to woodpecker damage and poorly installed guttering. I called three contractors. Mr. Sobiech was the only one who responded with a visit. He gave me a fair price and told me he was busy for several weeks. He asked if I minded the delay as my repair was not critical but needed to be done. I agreed. He gave me a date and time. His crew showed up on time, introduced themselves, discussed the outlined plan, then went to work. They were finished by the end of the day with all areas cleaned up. Even swept driveway and porch. Next day the gutters were installed and areas clean. All of the men were clean, polite, and respectful. I will use them again in the fall for another project. Job well done!
